Product Ownership is an Impossible Job
by Brent Barton, Product Line Director, Rally Software Development

Product Ownership is an impossible job.  Yet, it is arguably vital for successful delivery of value.  This single point of failure does not seem resilient.  During this meeting, I would like to explore your ecosystems, compare the roles Product Owners must take on, and consider various industry perspectives about the business of delivering Products.  Maybe we can put our heads together and find some patterns that will improve our value delivery and connect business folks and technologists more effectively.
